Redmi Earphones Review
These earphones are priced just below 400 rupees, there are lots of options in this prize but most of them won’t come with 10mm dynamic drivers as well as Hi-Res Audio support. In this Redmi Earphones Review find out if these earphones are up to the mark of what they offer on paper.
Light Weight Design
They are very lightweight at 13g and the design approach is very simple, earbuds are straight not angled like MI Basic Earphones. Inside of the aluminum alloy body, there are 10mm dynamic drives, ear tip is covered by mesh housing. High Definition Mic and the multifunction button is placed on the right side near the ear tip. Redmi is saying that silicon ear tips won’t allow earwax or sweat inside the earphones.
The cable length is 1.25m it is long enough for my usage, the 3.5mm pin is designed in L shape, so the wire won’t get damaged easily. A multi-function button can be used to lift or end the call, when connected to music playback single tap to pause/play, double-tap for the next track, and triple tap to play the previous track.
Redmi Earphones Review: Performance
Powered by 10mm dynamic drivers these ear phones will give a decent audio performance. Out of the box, the bass output is not as I expected it was flat, when I turned on equalizers these earphones will come alive I can feel the increase in bass instantly. When played at higher volume levels there is no distortion, but one should keep the volume levels under 80% to enjoy the music for longer hours.

When played rap songs the bass output is good, it won’t dominate the vocals. Highs are a bit over tuned and it is evident in the output, when the volume is high treble will dominate the output some times. I feel like music tuning could have been better. Calls quality is good, mic is close to the mouth so there will be no problems while talking.

Conclusion
When it comes to audio quality Redmi Earphones have an above-average performance, No earphones in this price range will give excellent audio output there will be some compromises for each one of them. Considering build quality and the price point it is definitely value for money product. If you are in search of the best pair that should last longer and deliver a punchy base then you should consider Redmi Earphones.
Other Options In Same Price
Realme Bud’s classic will be one tough contender to Redmi Earphones. Realme buds have the upper hand because they come with 14.2mm dynamic drivers and they are comfortable to use for long hours. Realme Buds are another great earphones you should consider in this price range.
